Mike has over three years of experience as a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and received his bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management. His goal is to have a positive impact on people’s lives, by not only pushing them physically, but also improving their mind set. He has been working out his entire life, whether it’s lifting weights or playing basketball & soccer. His key focus areas in coaching clients are resistance training, H.I.I.T. training, and flexibility. He is a firm believer that proper recovery (sleep, hydration, a well balanced diet, and stretching) is crucial to being able to stay consistent with your fitness journey.
