I started my career in athletic performance training 6 years ago. As a former collegiate All-American Athlete my passion for fitness is fueled by sports. My background is in strength, speed, and agility training, in combination with balance and flexibility training. I focus on teaching my clients how to achieve optimal wellness by maintaining a well rounded diet and exercise regiment. I enjoy creating a training environment that motivates my clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals by challenging them past their comfort zones.
