Synrgy 360-01
Synergy 360 is a total-body hybrid workout that incorporates new & old training modalities into a highly effective ½ hour session. The class is a combination of, and incorporates; a dynamic warmup, battle ropes, rotational landmine, dynamax med-balls & rebounder, TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, assisted chin-ups alongside “old-fashioned”, yet still effective implements such as dumbbells, kettlebells, Trap-bars & a cable station – working thru all three planes of motion: sagittal, frontal & transverse! Be ready to improve your overall functional strength, tone / tighten & strengthen muscle groups, improve your balance & stabilization, and overall muscular endurance – all in 2 rounds over 30 minutes!!
AnimalFlow-01
Animal Flow®  is the new primal workout combining animalistic movements with elements of Parkour, Yoga, Break Dancing, and Gymnastics in a freestyle flow of fluid movement that is intense but fun! This workout is based around animal movements, which are just like they sound – movements and forms that mimic or resemble different animals, or that are just inspired by the rhythm or nuance of an animal. As the movements are mastered, combined, and incorporated into your workout, they will provide an incredible workout!
Tough-01
This is the 1st phase of our high-intensity functional training circuit. Each session consists of two rounds, twelve stations, at 1-minute intervals per station. This “Tough” class has you working your tail off for 30 seconds and then a 30 second rest for recovery.

Be prepared to burn 350-500 calories in just 30 minutes as you work through a heart pumping circuit of 12 exercises, with 40 second intervals of work and 20 seconds of rest.  Two rounds with a 2 minute rest after round 1…. full of exercises that will strengthen and tone your upper and lower body as well as your core.
Toughest-01

TRX-01

NBD Strike Zone-01

Total Body-01
The name says it all…Be prepared to work through various exercises that will help you tone your upper and lower body and of course your core!
Pilates Power-01
A 30 minute class utilizing the Pilates Jumpboard and/or leg and arm straps.  This class focuses on elevating your heart rate, toning the legs and strengthening the core through a series of jumping combinations on the Reformer jumpboard.  Enjoy a quick, low impact, cardio workout, all while lying down!!!
Pilates Circuit-01
A circuit approach to the classic Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Jumpboard and Mat exercises.  Work your way around our state of the art Pilates studio for a full hour with a series of timed exercises on all of the Pilates equipment.
Pilates Combination-01
This class combines Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Jumpboard and Mat exercises.  The combination class is a full body workout with emphasis on pelvic and spinal alignment, development of core strength, proper breathing and improving coordination and balance.   Exercises will be performed for a full hour using various combinations of all of our Pilates equipment.  If you’ve ever wanted to know more about the various pieces of Pilates equipment or simply enjoy a little bit of everything, this is the class to take! Enjoy this unique opportunity for both men and woman alike to obtain a sampling of all the benefits the Pilates equipment has to offer.

 

Pilates Tower-01
Pilates Tower classes includes the classic Pilates exercises on our stand alone wall towers.  This class is a full body workout with emphasis on pelvic and spinal alignment, development of core strength, proper breathing and improving coordination and balance.  Exercises will be performed for a full hour on the tower using the leg and arm springs, roll down bar and push through bar.  Feel your spinal alignment and flexibility improve while developing a higher level of muscle control and awareness allowing your Pilates instructor to re-educate your body and enhance your quest for holistic wellness and balance. As with all of our Pilates classes, Pilates Tower classes are excellent for all fitness levels and genders.
Pilates Reformer-01
A contemporary approach to the classic Pilates exercises utilizing our state of the art Pilates Reformers.  This class is a full body workout with emphasis on pelvic and spinal alignment, development of core strength, proper breathing and improving coordination and balance.  Exercises will be performed for a full hour on the reformer using the leg and arm straps, Pilates boxes, Pilates bars and props including the Pilates ring and stability ball.  Use the resistance of your own body weight along with the added weight of the Pilates springs to challenge your muscles and transform your body.  Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned professional, this class is for you!
