I absolutely LOVE this place ! The classes are always fresh and fun, the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive of all clients, not just their own. They genuinely care about your total well being and go above and beyond to help you set and then crush your goals. I have tried a lot of different types of fitness programs and always ended up quitting after a few months because there just wasn't any motivation for me. I've been a member at NBD for a couple of years now and I'm still as motivated to go every day as I was at the beginning. If you're really ready to commit to yourself, you can't go wrong at NBD.

I started working out at NBD based on my friend's recommendation. She told me that she has never had better results with her fitness than at NBD and raved about the place. At the time I was struggling with losing weight and with feeling good about my appearance and fitness level. In a very short period of time that I have been working out there I see results that I have never been able to accomplish by myself at any other gym or with other personal trainers. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they really make you feel at home. My trainer Keith Floyd makes the workouts fun, challenging, he motivates you and holds you accountable. Overall it has been a great experience and I look forward to accomplishing more goals there in the future.

I've been a member for over 2 years. Great club. All the trainers are great and helpful. Not long ago while working out on my own, one of the trainings approached me with some suggestions to improve my technique. Above and beyond helpful. Group training classes are great. Small group training classes allow you to focus in specific areas. I would recommend this club to anyone.

NBD is great ! I really do like going, I wish I started sooner. I am seeing good results in myself, I always feel good after a workout, everyone there is very friendly and I felt comfortable from the very first day I went. My trainer Brandon is really nice & keeps me going & when things get hard he keeps me talking to get me to do those last 2 or 3 reps until I'm done. I am learning how to use the equipment so I can also go anytime I want & still feel comfortable working out alone , but there is always staff there if I have a question & they are always friendly & willing to help out.

LGT stands for Large-Group Training. LGT is a great way to achieve maximum results in a 30-60 minute workout. LGT is our scientifically designed exercise program that simultaneously focuses on the four main components of true fitness: Fat Loss, Core Strength, Muscle Tone, and Cardiovascular Conditioning.

Each LGT class is led by highly energetic and knowledgable Fitness Professionals who will motivate and guide you to success. LGT classes have a maximum capacity of 12-18 clients, so you will consistently receive attention and direction to maximize your results. You can literally burn up to 500-800 calories in each 30-60 minute LGT class!

PILATES REFORMER TRAINING
